About the Book

Developed countries low skillful labourmarket wage grows up glowly causingfactorsNowadays, there are many countries still have low wage labours, even developed countries, such as US, UK, these countries have many workers can not earn high or unreasonable wages to be paid the same wage level to any developing countries, such as China, India normal workers wages level, e.g. arehouse, clearner workers. Why do these developed countries still have unfair or unreasonable or low wages level? What are the reasons cause these developed countries employers treat them to pay their wages in these low skillful jobs in the low wage level and the wage growth is slow. I shall indicate the demand and supply theory to explain these low skillful level workers' low wage level causing reasons. In economic view, demand and supply theory may be applied to explain why developed countries' low skillful workers' normal wage level grows up slowly nowdays in long time. Why do many developed countries still have many low skillful workers to earn the unreasonable low wages level to same to the developing countries? for example, Amazon e-commerce profit firm in US, UK warehouses still pays the same low wage level in these countries, these developed countries' low skillful level workers' wages are the same low level to the developing countries' e-commerce profit firms' warehouse low skillful level workers' wages, such as Hong Kong, China. Their UK, US warehouse picking up or delivery warehouse workers' wages are paid about US$28,000 per year in UK, US Amazon warehouses. Their wages are same to the developing countries' e-commerce firms' warehouse wages level in general. Although, they are working in US, UK developed countries, but these low skillful labours wage level can not be higher than the workers' wages in developing countries in general. Whether the reasons are due to that their low skillful level warehouse jobs, such as picking up or delviery job nature factor or other factors to cause their low pay. However, I feel that their warehouse picking up or delivery job nature is not the main factor to cause these developed countries' low skillful level workers' low pay wage and slow growth reason. I believe that the main factor is analyzed by economic view, it means that these developed countries, such as US, UK, they have more excess number of low skillfil level labour supplies, but there are less employers number, they need to employee low skillful level of workers in their low skillful level job market in developed countries.
