Our thoughts and the way we perceive the world are intrinsically connected to our stress levels and our bodies' responses to that stress.
In this book, life coach and wellness practitioner Elba Mueller shares her personal journey as a stress survivor. The knowledge she has since acquired about our minds, our bodies, and our well-being is priceless. Through fifteen powerful secrets, Mueller shares how we can come to understand the way our own beliefs, perceptions, and personal experiences can contribute to our sense of well-being-or to stress and anxiety.
Mueller shares how we can develop a higher consciousness and greater virtues of presence, courage, joy, and resilience, all of which help us to overcome stress, anxiety, insomnia, and other negative results of an overstrained and overwhelmed psyche.
For anyone who has suffered from these ailments, Beginner's Guide to Happiness is an invaluable introduction to recuperation and long-lasting health.
