Author and prayer warrior Jack Blanch has put his decades of ministry to use in his new book on the transformative power of believing prayer.
As a believer, you may feel that you don't matter in the grand scheme of God's plan for the world, but if you seek to learn more about God's character, you'll find that he eagerly awaits your requests and is ready to do great things through you.
Everything isn't set in stone, and you can change the world. God has called you to colabor with him in service to others, and you have the choice-and the responsibility-to answer that call.
Blanch wants to help you do just that. In Becoming God's Change Agents, you'll learn about the effect of your prayers in a variety of situations, including the following:
* Interceding to change the world
* Understanding God
* Developing a childlike faith
* Believing in God's promises
* Understanding God's purposes
* Defeating evil spiritual forces
* Praying for nonbelievers
* Extended times of prayer
* Influencing others' prayer lives
Blanch has experience creating and sustaining prayer groups, and his illustrative examples of praying people will motivate you to take your conversations with God and your relationship with Christ to new heights.
About the Author: Jack Blanch is passionate about inspiring this generation to seek God and to pray with power and in faith.
Jack received a bachelor of science degree from San Jose State University. Along with his wife, Joann, he helped create a prayer team in Spain comprising more than two hundred individuals to minister to nonbelieving college students. Fifteen years later and twenty churches strong, this ministry has spread from Spain to Africa. His work in Europe inspired Jack to publish English- and Spanish-language versions of his evangelistic book, What If God Exists? His Disciple Making for a New Generation-an innovative guide to teaching others to grow in their faith and love for the Lord.
Jack and Joann operate a local prayer based ministry and have served with the Navigators for more than fifty years. They currently live in Colorado Springs and have three children and five grandchildren.
