About the Book

USE YOUR IMAGINATION! Once upon a time, a small boy was given a very special gift. Something he played with more than any toy or video game in the world. It did not require batteries, or have any little pieces to lose. This gift cost nothing to give, but was priceless to the boy. This was not the sort of gift that would be forgotten at home or tucked in a closet when bored. In fact, it has always been at those times when the gift was at it's most useful. This gift had the ability to make other toys or objects more interesting. It could solve problems and take him on adventures unlimited. It is not an antique or an heirloom. This gift is brand new each and every time it gets used. This gift cannot be broken by overuse. On the contrary, the more you use it, the stronger it gets. By using that gift, the small boy made a lifelong friend. This is that story... And every word of it is true.
About the Author: Gregg Pallini was born and raised in New York, where he studied film and animation at The School of Visual Arts. Upon completing the program, he began working on films such as Julian Schnabel's "Basquiat". In 1997, Gregg moved to California where he earned credits on movies such as Terrence Malick's "The Thin Red Line", Disney's "The Santa Clause 2" and "National Security" for Sony. Television credits include "JAG" "Felicity", "Alias", "CSI", "NCIS" and "Ugly Betty" along with a variety of M.O.W.'s and music videos. Having worked in so many facets of production, ranging from PA to Camera Loader to Grip, Electrician, Production Coordinator, Art Director and Storyboard Artist, Writer, Director and Producer, is what makes Gregg unique as a storyteller, both on the page and for the screen. Gregg's first feature length screenplay, a political thriller entitled "The Sunken Horizon" became a semi-finalist in the first annual Project Greenlight competition. The short film "For Good" (which he also directed) garnered great reviews when it played to a sold out crowd at the 2006 New York International Film and Video Festival. Recent projects include the novel: "Not Dead Yet", and his first published work, the children's book, titled: "Banzooga, A True Story". Gregg lives in Southern, California with his twin sons, Valentino and Julian.
