Are you fed up of just "making do"?
Do you feel like you are stuck in a rut?
Are you looking to kick start a change in your life for the better?
Or are you just lacking in confidence and had enough of being pushed around?
Then this book will show you how to change. It is a guide on how to achieve more in life, be it at work, home or both. I too was at this phase, where I felt like I wasn't achieving anything, going round in circles and didn't feel like I had any real purpose. I also had low confidence and high anxiety.
Then I decided to change my approach, and this book is everything I've learnt since that point. There is nothing groundbreaking in here, it's just an honest account of how I got myself back on track, what has/hasn't worked for me, what mistakes I see others make, and how you can use this to help achieve your life goals.
I feel that this is achievable for anyone, no matter what your personal situation may be. No, it's not a "get rich quick" type book, so anyone who is looking for an easy option will be disappointed.
The book is divided into 3 section's:
1. Personal Development. How to create a positive mindset aimed at being successful, goal setting, time management skills inc "Time Diaries", help with social anxiety, help visualising your potential, being better than before and many more.
2. Work Life. Getting promoted quicker, career progression, building a personal brand, dealing with difficult people and improving performance to name but a few.
3. Home Life. Keeping your family happy and enjoying your family time, basic financial advice, home improvements, the importance of staying healthy and doing more of what makes you happy, with a few other simple life hacks as well.
At the end of the book are a few real life examples to help you understand what you need to do next.
So if you are looking for honest, simple advise on how to achieve more, do more faster and become confident in who you really are, then this book is for you. So don't hesitate, start now, and get your life "Back On Track!".
