Azckar and the four crystals. Azckar is a series of fantasy novels written by the young Venezuelan author Daniel Valera. The series, named after the main character, chronicles the adventures of a teenager with a special gift called Azckar. The main story narrates the world coming to an end, new species have evolved, resources are scarce, and more disasters are happening, but there's a way to save it! Only Azckar, the chosen one, can do it, but he needs to convince and motivate his friends Ashura, Long and Angelot to join him. Azckar has to unite the four sacred crystals that are in the cardinal points of the land. Join Azckar along with his friends on his marvelous adventures, on the quest for the four crystals and save the world. They will have to confront many dangers, like escaping death from the evil Therrols, battling against the Sect of the Black Quill and much more in Azckar and the four Crystals.
About the Author: Daniel Valera M. was born in Venezuela in a small village in the Andes mountains called Chabasquen. While Daniel was a teenager his mother became a single parent, so she was forced to move to the State Capital of Guanare so that she could find a way to support herself and her three children. Life was not easy for them. After going through some very rough times she got a job teaching in elementary school, which she loved. His mother says that since Daniel was a child he has been seeing visions (like movies in his mind). After hearing Daniels stories she convinced him to start writing them down, and finally he did. The stories were so vivid and fascinating that he could not stop writing. A few months later he had finished writing his first full vision, and his vision became a book and he was "told" to call it "Azckar The Chosen One." He loved it so much that he began to create drawings, sculptures and even paintings with the images and characters of the visions. Daniel was born in 1988 and was only 14 when he decided to put his imagination on paper and write his first book. He is already known in Venezuela for his talent in writing, painting and drawing. A few years after finishing his first book - which was still in a notebook form, he began to receive more visions that were connected to the first book. He now has written a saga of 4 more books: "Azckar and the Hawk of Neftali",
"Azckar and the Nepalh Region", "Azckar and the Forest of a Thousand Screams". As we are writing this note, he is in the process of finishing the 5th and final book, but as he puts it he still has not "received" the name on this last book.
