We need a vision we can all embrace, one that sets us free of the illusion of separation. Our current good/evil paradigm underlies this illusion, threatening our happiness, even our lives together. In the year 2000, Janet began to have experiential meditations, seeing, hearing and sensing information about which she knew nothing; she heard words whose definitions made sense of what she was hearing. She intuited that the stars are the nervous system of a cosmic being. 'A glorious idea, ' she responded, but 'Is it really true?' She was reminded of a long-forgotten childhood wish, "Mama, tell me about the sun. Tell me about the moon and the stars." Science: In 2006, Janet saw images of synapse, the process by which cells 'talk' with each other in the human body. The aurora borealis bears the same bull's-eye pattern of synapse for someone standing directly beneath. It's electrical nature mirrors the electrical nature of our nerve cells. In 2003, she traveled with Einstein through what she felt to be a washing machine. More than a year later, she read that Einstein's original motivation for constructing his theory of relativity was Mach's conception of inertia which the author illustrated with a washing machine. Janet has a deeply personal connection with washing machines, because she had spent hours assisting her dad with their repairs. Mysticism: In synch with her meditations, the work of English artist and mystic, William Blake, of poet Robinson Jeffers, and of painter Salvador Dali also showed up. Religion: Archangel Michael's appearance heralds the potential for unifying religions. Islam, Christianity, and Judaism all see this archangel as the fighter against evil; but, they also see him as the healer. Janet contends he would support this shift of paradigm. Furthermore, Janet discovered that most of the images she identifies as evidence of synapse appear in the Biblical Ezekial, affirming his means for 'talking' with his God. We see through the eyes of the One, our cosmic parent, although not so fully or clearly. About the Author: Janet Allen lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, grounded by Pikes Peak and the love of her children and theirs. She meditates, writes, and works energetically with her clients to support their unwinding into greater potential. "Unwinding" is a term used to describe looking back in time, personal and cosmic. Therapists use it for the former purpose, astronomers for the latter. Our author thinks the use of this word is not coincidental, that both therapists and astronomers seek to reveal the disconnections responsible for our sense of separation from ourselves and our universe. She speaks from personal experience but waited ten years for the science that would broaden her platform. Unwinding first on her basement floor in 1984, she discovered her hidden childhood, healed, and reconnected with her parents. Then in 1995, unwinding an evolutionary energy coiled at the base of the spine called Kundalini, she discovered a cosmic past, healed, and reconnected with her Source. As a child, Janet proved unusually bright. Her first questions as a toddler hinted at the breadth of her curiosity: "Mama, tell me about the sun. Tell me about the moon and the stars." Janet's intelligence brought her scholarships, the last of which took her to Washington University. Moving to Colorado Springs in 1977, she married and created a nest for two children under the watchful gaze of Pikes Peak; but, soon Janet's mastery of her internal whirlwind slipped away. She crashed physically. Taking a cue from Dr. Arthur Janov's "The Primal Scream," she stretched out on her basement floor and allowed her body to move spontaneously. To her joy she smelled baby powder. To her horror she experienced images and sensations of sexual contact with her father, seeing, hearing, and feeling a forgotten past. Later, she found that her experiences on the floor are called unwinding by craniosacral therapists. As Janet healed, her therapists encouraged her to meditate. Dubious but curious, she began. Kundalini rose. Through work with children and the elderly, she saw evidence of the power moving through her. On January 9, 2000, Janet began to record experiential meditations, seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing the stars as the nervous system of a universal being. The synchronicity around her meditations was compelling. Still, "Is this really true?" she quizzed and was immediately reminded of her long-forgotten, childhood wish: "Mama, tell me about the sun. Tell me about the moon and the stars."
