Jahrhunderts, Note: 1,7, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Institut für Philosophie), Veranstaltung: Proseminar: Kants 'Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten', Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im zweiten Abschnitt der "Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten" "Von der populären zu sittlichen Weltweisheit zur Metaphysik der Sitten" gibt es einen Abschnitt mit der Überschrift: "Die Autonomie des Willens als oberstes Prinzip der Sittlichkeit" . Aber schon vorher führt Kant diesen Begriff im Zusammenhang mit der Idee vom "Reich der Zwecke" ein. Mich interessiert dieses Thema besonders, da Kant hier dem Individuum einen aktiven, einen autonomen Part einräumt, was zu seiner Zeit, die noch sehr stark von der christlichen Lehre mit ihrem absoluten göttlichen Willen dominiert war, sicherlich eine Provokation bedeutete. Ausgehend von Kants Begriff des freien Willens, werde ich diesem das Prinzip der Selbst-liebe gegenüberstellen. Der Willensbegriff ist elementar für die drei Formeln des Sittengesetzes, die ich kurz skizzieren werde, um dann sein drittes Prinzip, das der Autonomie, dahinge-hend zu untersuchen, ob es tatsächlich - wie es Kant unterstellt - als eine konsequente Folgerung der beiden ersteren zu begreifen ist. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Hausarbeit wird auf jenem Prinzip der Autonomie liegen, wobei ich seine paradoxe Anlage versuchen werde deutlich zu machen. Kant räumt diesem Prinzip eine Schlüsselrolle in seiner ethischen Konzeption ein. Die folgenden Kapitel werde ich mich mit den Forderungen, die an das Prinzip gekoppelt sind und mit möglichen Hindernissen, die dem guten Willen im Wege stehen könnten, befassen. Dem werde ich noch einige kritische Anmerkungen anschließen.
