Kaum eine Branche in China ist von der weltweiten Rezession derzeit so stark betroffen wie die Automobilbranche. So lag der PKW-Absatz in China zu Beginn des Jahres 2009 acht Prozent unter dem Vorjahresniveau. Mit dem rückläufigen Wirtschaftswachstum in der weltweiten Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise sieht sich die Automobilbranche mit bisher unbekannten Problemen konfrontiert. Um die Schlüsselbranche in Krisenzeiten zu stützen, greift die chinesische Regierung - wie viele andere Regierungen - mit unterschiedlichen Maßnahmen in das Marktgeschehen ein. Um die Reaktionen und Strategien auf dem chinesischen Automobilmarkt zu beleuchten und zu analysieren, wird ein Überblick über die chinesische Wirtschaft gegeben. Das Verständnis der Bedeutung der Automobilbranche für China stellt hierbei das zentrale Thema dar. Es folgt die Erläuterung des neunten Fünfjahresplanes, der wegweisend für die Entwicklung der chinesischen Automobilbranche war. Besondere Strukturen des chinesischen Automobilmarktes und die Regelungen zu Joint Ventures im Automobilsektor in China werden zur Vermittlung eines tiefgehenden Verständnisses der Krisensituation hervorgehoben. Die Ursachen der Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise werden unter Betrachtung der Gründe und Folgen der Weltwirtschaftskrise 1929 analysiert. Der Weg in die Krise wird beispielhaft an den Bereichen Finanzsektor und Real¬wirtschaft aufgezeigt, welche in unterschiedlicher Weise von der Finanzkrise betroffen sind. Daraufhin folgt die genaue Darstellung der Auswirkungen der Krise auf den Wachstums¬markt China und seine Automobilbranche. Kann China als Gewinner der Weltwirtschaftskrise angesehen werden? Diese Frage wird unter Beachtung unterschiedlicher Expertenmeinungen analysiert. Auf Basis der Ergebnisse und Überlegungen erstellt Markus Flaig eine interessante Prognose für die zukünftige Marktentwicklung Chinas.
About the Author: Markus Flaig, Jahrgang 1984, erhielt für seine schulischen Leistungen am Wirtschaftsgymnasium den Scheffel-Preis der jährlich an die Besten eines Abiturjahrgangs verliehen wird. Durch das Bachelorstudium Wirtschaftssprachen Asien und Management an der HTWG Konstanz fokussierte sich der Autor neben Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre auf die chinesische Sprache und Kultur. Durch einen einjährigen Studienaufenthalt in der VR China, wo er an der Beijing Language and Culture University studierte, vertiefte der Autor seine Sprachkenntnisse und das kulturelle Verständnis für die Region. Interkulturelle Berufserfahrung sammelte Flaig im Zuge eines Praxissemesters im Finance Department der Firma Agfa (Wuxi) Printing Plate Co., Ltd. in dem er an mehreren wichtigen Projekten, u. a. an der Erstellung des Jahresbudgets, beteiligt war. Die Kombination aus Kenntnissen der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der chinesischen Sprache, des chinesischen Marktes und der interkulturellen Kommunikation ist das Besondere an der Vita des Autors. Seit dem Jahr 2009 befindet sich der Autor im Masterstudium International Business and Economics an der Universität Hohenheim.
