This autism planner journal and notebook has been carefully created for parents of children of autism. It covers 24 weeks/six months. As a special needs mom myself, I designed this planner based on my own experiences with multiple therapists over the years and what information was useful to have on hand, and what would have completely overwhelmed me! This would also be useful for families following a neurodevelopmental program at home.
The Planner is set up as follows:

Left side: Goals & progress tracker for fine motor, visual, auditory and social skills plus space to note the highlights & challenges of the week, plus room to jot down a favorite moment.
Right side: Weekly reflection - blank note space plus more room to note challengtes & accomplishments.
