Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Kunstpädagogik, Note: 1,3, Universität Erfurt (Professur für Fachdidaktik Kunst), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der folgenden Hausarbeit sollen zwei Fragen diskutiert werden: Was versteht Gunter Otto unter Ästhetischer Erziehung? Und welche Rolle spielt hierbei die "Auslegung" als Methode? Zu Beginn der Ausführung wird das Grundproblem des scheinbar unproduktiven Umgangs in der Tradition der Ästhetischen Erziehung aufgezeigt. Als Nächstes wird dann seine neue Auffassung einer Ästhetischen Erziehung erläutert. Hierbei werden zum einen der didaktische Blick und zum anderen das Lehren des ästhetischen Verhaltens thematisiert. Darauf folgend wird es um die Frage der Methodik des Auslegens gehen, wobei das Auslegen als eine Methode zwischen Wahrnehmen, Handeln und Verstehen vorgestellt wird. Hierbei werden auch die Prozeduren der Auslegung als wesentliche Bestandteile Ottos Methodik im Mittelpunkt stehen. Des Weiteren wird ein Versuch der Schematisierung unternommen. Abschließend wird Ottos Methode des Auslegens am Fresko "Das Abendmahl" von Leonardo da Vinci auf ihre praktische Anwendbarkeit geprüft. Gunter Otto gliedert sein Buch in zehn Kapitel. Das erste Kapitel führt die Grundproblematik und -Begriffe ein. Im zweiten und dritten Kapitel verweist er auf zwei Auslegungsaspekte: Percept- und Kontextbildung. Die Kapitel vier bis neun vertiefen seine Ausführung des Auslegens an ausgewählten Beispielen aus dem Unterricht. Abschließend, im letzten Kapitel, resümiert Otto über ästhetisches Verhalten. Die Vorgehensweise des Buches ist die Phänomenologie, genauer die phänomenologische, am Prozess orientierte, Betrachtung. Daher verwendet Gunter Otto, zur Vermeidung eines systematischen oder curricularen Vorgehens, viele Beispiele aus der "Praxis des Bildermachens", die zeigen sollen "was Auslegen heißen kann" .
