Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Die in der Arbeit vermittelten Inhalte erlauben dem Leser ein exaktes Verständnis der Vorgänge im Unternehmensalltag, die Veränderungsvorhaben scheitern und Führungskräfte verzweifeln lassen. Dieses Verständnis basiert im wesentlichen auf psychologischen und soziologischen Erkenntnissen, die in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre bislang weitgehend unberücksichtigt blieben und erst langsam - aber zunehmend - die entsprechende Beachtung finden. Mit diesen Erkenntnissen und den daraus entwickelten Lösungsansätzen ist es möglich, die Veränderungsmöglichkeiten und -grenzen in einer gegebenen Situation einzuschätzen und zielorientiert zu nutzen. In der Arbeit werden zunächst die Ursachen der zahlreichen Probleme erläutert, die Veränderungsvorhaben in Unternehmen mit sich bringen. Aufbauend auf dem Verständnis der Problemursachen werden Lösungsansätze entwickelt, die erfolgreiche Veränderungsmaßnahmen ermöglichen helfen. Da es in der Unternehmenspraxis nicht genügt, nur bestimmte Ausschnitte der Schwierigkeiten bei Veränderungsvorhaben zu verstehen und zu lösen, wird in dieser Arbeit eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung der Problemursachen und Lösungsansätze vorgenommen. Gang der Untersuchung: Es wird in allen Kapiteln der Arbeit großer Wert auf wissenschaftlich sauberes Arbeiten gelegt, so daß die Ergebnisse für den interessierten Leser einfach nachvollziehbar sind. Gleichzeitig steht die leichte Verständlichkeit der Inhalte im Mittelpunkt, was durch ein klares Konzept, anschauliche Abbildungen, die Zusammenfassung wesentlicher Inhalte am Ende eines jeden Kapitels, eine flüssige Schreibweise sowie durch den weitestmöglichen Verzicht auf Fremdwörter bzw. unnötige Fachbegriffe erreicht wird. Die wenigen in der Originalfassung vorhandenen Mängel, die in der Bewertung zur Abstufung um eine Teilnote auf die Note 1,3 führten, sind in der hier vorliegenden Fassung beseitigt.
