Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Heilpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Zuge eines immer früheren Einschulungsalters, von Inklusion, dem Einfluss von Vergleichsstudien wie PISA und der fortschreitenden Individualisierung, um nur einige Faktoren zu nennen, ist Schule als Lern- und Lebensraum in all seinen Bereichen fortschreitenden Entwicklungen unterworfen und in ständiger Veränderung begriffen. Heute nimmt das Wahrnehmen und Fördern individueller Stärken der Schülerinnen oder Schüler neben der Kompetenzvermittlung einen immer bedeutenderen Raum ein. Dazu gehört auch das Aufspüren der Bereiche, die ein Ergreifen des eigenen Potentials be- oder verhindern und somit das bestmögliche persönliche Ergebnis, die bestmögliche Entwicklung erschweren. Schaut man sich an den Schulen um, so ist das Einrichten spezifischer Forderkurse inzwischen ebenso obligatorisch wie spezielle Förderangebote, die über die bisher bekannten Förderunterrichte in Mathematik oder Deutsch hinausgehen und sich an individuellen Förderplänen orientieren. Für einige Schülerinnen und Schüler ist jedoch eine weitere Unterstützung in speziellen Förderstunden notwendig. Bei etlichen dieser Schülerinnen und Schülern fiel auf, dass trotz langjähriger Förderung (bei einigen seit der 2. Klasse Grundschule), keine nennenswerten Fortschritte mehr zu erkennen waren. Zwei Fragen standen dabei im Mittelpunkt: Kann ein gezieltes Förderprogramm für AVWS den entsprechenden Schülerinnen und Schülern einen individuellen Lernfortschritt ermöglichen? Ist es überhaupt möglich, die Erhebung individueller Problemstellungen, Diagnose und Förderung im Rahmen des Schulalltags durchzuführen?
