Praktikumsbericht / -arbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Pflegewissenschaft - Pflegemanagement, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Führen mit Zielen gab es schon immer. Diese Managementstrategie unterliegt seit dem Beginn der neunziger Jahre jedoch einem Wandel. Wurde dieses Instrument ursprünglich als reines Instrument zur Personalführung eingesetzt, so bedeutet dieser Begriff heute weitaus mehr für ein Unternehmen. Die Arbeit mit Zielvereinbarungen ist heute zu einer Managementstrategie geworden, die hauptsächlich unternehmensstrategische Controlling-Instrumente repräsentiert. Das ehemalige Verständnis von Führung hat sich ebenfalls gewandelt. So versteht man heute unter Personalführung nicht die einfache Delegation der Mitarbeiter, sondern viel mehr die enge Zusammenarbeit mit diesen. Der Führungsprozess hat nicht mehr nur Befehlscharakter, sondern umfasst noch die Aspekte der Information, Kommunikation, Kooperation, Feedback, Entwicklung und Motivation. Da mir diese neue Form der Arbeit mit Zielvereinbarungskonzepten unbekannt war und ein Teil meiner Arbeit im Praktikum die Auswertung eines abgeschlossenen Projektes zur Einführung eines neuen Zielvereinbarungssystems der Sana-Kliniken war, habe ich mich entschlossen, meinen Praktikumsbericht zu diesem Thema zu verfassen. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung des betreuenden Unternehmens und meiner Tätigkeiten während des Projektpraktikums sollen zunächst alle wichtigen Begriffe erläutert werden, um ein Verständnis zu diesen Begriffen zu entwickeln. Darauf aufbauend soll beschrieben werden, wie in der Praxis mit Zielvereinbarungen umgegangen werden sollte und wie diese zu formulieren sind um zielführend zu sein. Abschließend soll das neue Zielvereinbarungskonzept der Sana-Kliniken vorgestellt werden. Nach einer Zusammenfassung soll dieses Konzept noch kurz ausgewertet werden.
