Si liderazgo tiene todo que ver con influir a los demás, el líder es consciente de la importancia que tienen las relaciones saludables con quienes le rodean, pues sabe que su trabajo no termina cuando se ha levantado a sí mismo, sino cuando ha levantado a otros que se convierten en su equipo.
