She couldn't eat. Her stomach roiled as she pushed her food around her plate, unsure whether the nausea she felt was normal or because of the fear. Saturday dinner in the Winsome household was usually a lively one, filled with conversation about the day passed and plans for the coming week. Phone calls weren't allowed. There were no meals around the television. Mealtime was family time and it always had been. Abigail's father had never allowed these things in their home. His family was the most important thing, other than his work, which made the news she had to break even more painful. Today's dinner was unusually quiet as if the house itself knew that something was looming. "Abbie, are you all right honey?" her mother asked, noticing the untouched food. She could have said yes, and ended it there, wait for after their meal, but her anxiety was too great and the words quivered from her mouth then exploded into the room like cannon fire. In an instant, Abbie's life took a new path, and she knew things would never be the same. Their only child and a source of joy and pride, she had just broken their hearts, disappointing them to levels she couldn't even fathom. Follow Abbie on her journey out of childhood, and learning how to make new decisions and stand up for herself, and her responsibilities into adulthood.
About the Author: I am a working parent who had a dream. In part, my dream was finding a way for our family to work at home while we raise our family. I began by praying You know what they say, 'When you need an electrician, hire an electrician and don't try to do it yourself, ' so, I hired a professional. She compiled all my ideas, thoughts, and visions for this series of books, and wrote it exactly as I wanted it. She was not just any author and publisher, and she certainly came with high references. 
 You see, I was in our Cathedral Easter Sunday, and still asking for God's Divine direction on this, (and some other things in my life) when suddenly I got this overwhelming feeling. It felt like an answer from God, or maybe one of His Angels, regardless, I knew it was sent forth with a plan for us to follow. 
 For those who know and truly believe God is all powerful, believe me when I tell you, God gave me the name, and He said, "Call Jill Manzoni". The minute I hit the door at home that afternoon, I began searching the internet for this Jill Manzoni. There were thousands of listings over decades of her work. Now to find her number. He said to call her. I remember this so vividly and it kept jumping into my mind at different times, again and again, there is a reason.
 From my experience, I can feel that God does have a plan with this for us. He will let us know, We just have to wait in God's waiting room. God is never late he's always right on time. With our books, we hope to fill the world with as much love, and all types love, that we can. We would like to show how our Creator teaches us life lessons we can adhere to, and puts them into love stories you can relate to, or share with someone who can.
