Wie passt das Thema des Moduls zu diesem Phänomen? Auf der einen Seite besteht durch die Vielschichtigkeit der Unterschiede bei SchülerInnen eine große Chance, durch Toleranz und Austausch ein vielschichtiges Perspektivrepertoire zu erwerben. Auf der anderen Seite existieren auch gegenteilige Tendenzen durch SchülerInnen, die mit der vielseitigen Unterschiedlichkeit nicht umzugehen wissen. Das kann schon im Grundschulalter in Gewalt eskalieren. Eine Form der Gewalt ist das Mobbing. Kinder werden gezielt ausgesucht und erleiden permanente und zielgerichtete körperliche und psychische Angriffe. Das System der Schikane ist verdeckt aktiv, ist nicht offensichtlich und ist nicht wie ein offen ausgetragener Konflikt unter SchülerInnen auf dem Schulhof sichtbar. Gerade im Alter der Grundschulkinder kommt so etwas vor und darf es auch. Es liegt an der Erziehung und der Bildung, den Heranwachsenden einen zumutbaren Weg zu zeigen, diese Destruktivität in ihrem Wesen zu erkennen und durch Anleitung verinnerlicht zur Selbstreflexion zu überwinden. Die No Blame Approach Methode ist eine Methode, die gewaltfrei funktioniert. Sie beschuldigt keinen, sie involviert die TäterInnen in eine Unterstützergruppe, die gegen Mobbing vorgeht und die das Opfer im Fokus behält. Es geht darum, dem Opfer aus dem Mobbing zu befreien, sofort und in der Zukunft. Darüber hinaus zeigte es sich, dass eine pädagogische Wirksamkeit mit einer psychologischen einherging, so dass auch diese Sichtweise in die Arbeit aufgenommen wurde. Zunächst wird unter Kapitel 2 die Vielseitigkeit der Heterogenität vorgestellt und in beispielhafte Merkmale differenziert. Dann folgt unter Kapitel 3 anhand
