Dabei sollen insbesondere Entlohnungssysteme für Führungskräfte enger mit der Eigentümerrendite verknüpft werden. Diese sollen somit Anreize haben, im Sinne der Anteilseigner zu handeln. Jedoch ist die wertorientierte Entlohnung von Spitzenführungskräften in den letzten Jahren immer stärker in den Blickwinkel der Öffentlichkeit gerückt, weil sie außerordentlich hohe Werte erreichte und Manager die Systeme zu Ihren Gunsten manipulierten.
