Inhaltsangabe: Zusammenfassung: Die in dieser Arbeit vorgestellte Kombination von Orthogonalreihenentwicklung und transversaler Resonanz erlaubt die Berechnung der Dispersionscharakteristika bilateraler Finleitungen. Die transversale Feldentwicklung kann hier nicht für H- und E-Wellen getrennt durchgeführt werden, da aufgrund des über dem Querschnitt inhomogenen Dielektrikums hybride Wellen auftreten. In früheren Untersuchungen wurde die transversale Wellenausbreitung in den homogenen Teilbereichen und die Kopplung der Wellen an den Teilbereichsgrenzen mit Hilfe von Transmissionsmatrizen beschrieben, da sich diese in einfacher Weise multiplikativ verknüpfen lassen. Diese Multiplikation führt jedoch bei Hohlleiterschaltungen häufig zu numerischen lnstabilitäten. Die Ursache dafür ist die notwendige Torzahlsymmetrie, aufgrund derer in angrenzenden Teilbereichen gleiche Modenzahlen berücksichtigt werden müssen. Zur Vermeidung dieser Nachteile wurde deshalb in dieser Arbeit von einer ungleichen Anzahl von Teilbereichswellen ausgegangen, wodurch die Koppelmatrix der Sprungstelle torzahlunsymmetrisch wird und damit nicht mehr quadratisch ist. Die Anzahl der Moden in zwei benachbarten Teilbereichen ist nicht willkürlich wählbar, sondern hängt vom geometrischen Verhältnis dieser Bereiche ab. Da die Koppelmatrizen nicht quadratisch sind, musste bei der Herleitung der Systemmatrix eine Invertierung vermieden werden. Darüber hinaus wächst die Anzahl der zu verknüpfenden Gleichungen mit der Anzahl der Teilbereiche stetig an, was die Herleitung anderer, komplizierterer Strukturen erheblich erschwert. Besitzt die zu untersuchende Struktur, wie beispielsweise der Unilateral-Finline keine Querschnitt-Symmetrie, muss eine völlig neue Taktik zur Herleitung gefunden werden, was einen Nachteil dieser Methode darstellt. Eine modulare Herleitungstaktik, die eine einfache Erweiterung der Struktur erlauben würde, wurde leider nicht gefunden. Daher lässt sich die in dieser Arbeit gezeig
