Problemstellung: Das Interesse an dem Gegenstandsfeld Kundenzufriedenheit ist in den letzten Jahren ebenso wie der Sportsektor gewachsen. Die globale Verstärkung der Wettbewerbsintensität und eine allgemeine Veränderung der wirtschaftlichen Situation führten zu einer stärkeren Orientierung zum Kunden hin. Diese Erkenntnis bezieht sich nicht nur auf die freie Wirtschaft, sondern auch auf die Unternehmensziele der professionellen Fußballvereine.
