Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Beschaffung, Produktion, Logistik, Note: 1,7, Hochschule Wismar, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Wirtschaftsjahr 2022 ist von sektorübergreifenden Preiserhöhungen geprägt. Grundlage der Preisanstiege ist dabei vor allem die Verteuerung von Erdgas und Strom. So zahlen mit Stand Ende Oktober 2022 deutsche Unternehmen im Vergleich zum Vorjahr durchschnittlich circa 39 Prozent mehr für Gas und 19 Prozent mehr für Strom. Im Mai 2022 wurde weiterhin der teuerste Getreidepreis seit 1990 verzeichnet. Gerade für Unternehmen, die in ihrer Produktion einen hohen Gas- & Stromverbrauch aufweisen sowie gleichzeitig von Rohstoffen wie Getreide abhängig sind, sind die beschriebenen Preissteigerungen wirtschaftlich schwer zu verarbeiten. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird daher der Restrukturierungsansatz einer inhabergeführten Bäckerei, die aufgrund der oben beschriebenen Preissteigerungen nicht mehr wirtschaftlich betrieben werden kann, diskutiert. Im Zuge dessen wird die Ausgangssituation der Bäckerei mithilfe des Denkansatzes des First-Principle-Thinkings (FPT) beschrieben. Weiterhin wird eine für die Bäckerei hypothetische Anpassung des Geschäftsmodells erarbeitet. Die erarbeiteten Änderungen werden im Rahmen des SCM untersucht. Das Kapitel "Theorie und Ausgangspunkte des FPT" der Arbeit definiert das FPT sowie dessen Anwendungen in verschiedenen Industrien und Geschäftsbereichen. In Kapitel "Kernprobleme der Bäckerei" wird daraufhin die Denkweise des FPT auf die Situation der Bäckerei angewandt. Dabei werden die geschilderten Probleme untersucht und mittels FPT auf die jeweiligen fundamentalen Eigenschaften reduziert. Aufbauend darauf wird in Kapitel "Neuansatz und Zielvorstellung der Bäckerei" ein Neuansatz für das Geschäftsmodell der Bäckerei vorgestellt.
