Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Didaktik - BWL, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Note: 1,7, Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, Veranstaltung: Wirtschaftsdidaktische Ansätze auf dem Prüfstand/ Komplexe Lehr-Lern-Arrangements in der wirtschaftsberuflichen Bildung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Mit seinen neuen Überlegungen und Konzepten zum Wirtschaftslehreunterricht läutet Gerhard Gerdsmeier vor mehr als 20 Jahren eine neue Epoche der Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik ein. Er ist der Vertreter einer induktiven Vorgehensweise und damit ein wichtiger Vertreter der wirtschaftspädagogischen Entwicklung seiner Zeit und darüber hinaus. In meiner Arbeit stelle ich zunächst den induktiven Ansatz Gerhard Gerdsmeiers von 1980 in seinen Grundzügen dar. In einem weiteren Schritt werde ich versuchen zu verdeutlichen, wie die Überlegungen Gerdsmeiers in einem Unterrichtsbaustein (LUKAS) seiner Zeit verwirklicht worden sind und inwieweit sein induktives Konzept heute und in der Zukunft noch Bestand hat bzw. haben wird. Für mich als angehende Wirtschaftspädagogin ist es eine Herausforderung, mich mit Gerdsmeiers Konzept auseinander zu setzen. Dazu wird es nötig sein, sein traditionelles Konzept zu hinterfragen, um Anregungen für meine zukünftige pädagogische Arbeit an berufsbildenden Schulen zu bekommen und die notwendigen Handlungskompetenzen zu erwerben, die mir bei meiner pädagogischen Standpunktsuche behilflich sind, damit die Berufsschüler der kommenden Jahre in den Genuss einer nachhaltigen beruflichen Bildung gelangen. Angesichts der gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen, des zunehmenden technischen Fortschritts, der Verwissenschaftlichung, der Globalisierung, der bedrohten Umwelt und des Wertewandels in unserer Gesellschaft müssen wir uns als Wirtschaftspädagogen immer neuen Herausforderung stellen, um eine effektive Berufsausbildung junger Menschen zu gewährleisten.
