IL LIBROGli anni ottanta, i famigerati anni ottanta, oltre a vedere cambiare totalmente il clima politico, culturale, sociale, hanno visto la nascita, o meglio la larga diffusione, di un fenomeno di costume che dal Sud America ha letteralmente conquistato il mondo: le telenovelas . Esse, eredi del melodramma e del romanzo d'appendice hanno raccontato un'epoca. La struttura semplice, il lieto fine assicurato, i vari colpi di scena, il trionfo degli ultimi (Quasi in una logica manzoniana), seducono da subito telespettatrici e telespettatori. Seduzione che raggiunge anche un piccolo paesino della Calabria, nel cosentino. Il mio lavoro parte, proprio, dal ricordo: un soggiorno, una donna bellissima dagli occhi verdi, un uomo comunista "duro e puro" votato alla causa, un fratello, un'infanzia serena: una tv, pomeriggi estivi, Veronica Castro ed i suoi tormenti. Quei pomeriggi sono lontani, nello spazio e nel tempo, la vita fa il suo corso, resta il ricordo e la curiosità, per così dire, intellettuale: Perché questo prodotto nasce in Sud America? Quanto il contesto storico, politico, culturale ha influenzato il prodotto in esame? Carl Marx cosa avrebbe detto di questo fenomeno? E' possibile applicare ad esse una analisi marxista? Il perché no, a questa ultima domanda, ha dato il via a questo lavoro, che difatti ha per titolo "Breve saggio semi serio, con echi marxisti, su un fenomeno di costume: Le telenovelas". L'analisi prende in esame determinate telenovelas, a mio avviso emblematiche, studiandone i protagonisti, con particolar rilievo sulle figure femminili, e i clichè e gli stereotipi di cui si nutrono. Non manca una dovuta analisi sulla differenza che esiste fra esse e le soap, tutt'altro prodotto, figlio ... di un'altra America ... Si avvale di ricordi, en passant, di fragili echi di un'alta vita, mentre la Storia cambia scenari. Le lacrime di Veronica Castro o Grecia Colmenares come un'istantanea su questi scenari. Ed un lungo viaggio nella memoria, non solo personale. Si parte dalle categorie aristoteliche, il prodotto in questione ha una fabula, un acme drammatico ed una catarsi, per poi divenire analisi sociologica: quanto siamo cambiati in questi 40 anni? Soprattutto come si evolve la figura femminile? Nelle telenovelas è davvero così svilito il ruolo delle donne? In tutte? Cosa le differenzia l'una dall'altra? Ho cercato di dare una risposta, ricongiungendomi con un altrove lontano.L'AUTOREAnna De Blasi, nata a Cosenza il 26/07/79, cresciuta e vissuta a Terranova da Sibari. Si è diplomata al Liceo Classico G. Garopoli, di Corigliano Calabro, nel 98 (48/60). Laureatasi al DAMS di Cosenza, nel 2005, con tesi finale su " Franco Scaldati e le riletture shakespeariane: Macbeth, Amleto e La Tempesta" (105/110) Collabora con una testata on .line, Dirittodicronaca.it. Ha messo in scena in Calabria tre spettacoli teatrali, da lei scritti, diretti ed interpretati: " Monologhi di Donna", "Sono una donna normale" e "Welcome/ goodbye to panic". A Milano è andato in scena "Ulisse", del quale ha curato testi e regia. Ed a Selvi Marina ha messo in scena: "La Tanguera" Nel 2017 ha pubblicato, presso Nep Edizioni il suo primo romanzo: "Al di là delle fragole". Attualmente lavora come insegnante. Vive a Limbiate (MB), è sposata, ha una figlia.
