Una relación de la que muchos de los que vivimos la emigración conocemos muy bien. Dentro de la dureza de la trama, es una novela que está llena de belleza literaria.
No puedo por menos que darle cinco estrellas y recomendar su lectura. Yo la he leído de un tirón en dos días.

Lo que más me ha gustado son las cartas que Amelia escribe a su padre. Es una historia triste, pero con mucho amor.

Es ese interés el que me lleva, en esta ocasión, a escribir sobre una época no tan lejana.
