Dementia is not just a syndrome, it is a powerful effect on the psyche of not only sick people, but also for loved ones who care for them. Only the most important, only the essence!Is there a chance not to get sick?Having studied the possible methods of prevention at the time of publication, I came to the conclusion that it is real to prevent and delay the development of the disease. This means that it is important for everyone to know. Even to those who are sure that this does not concern him now. We don't know how we will be after 50, 60 or 70 years. There is no indulgence for this disease. We all sometimes forget something, when, for example, if we are upset or not attentive, but this is a transient state. However, it is enough to hear good news or a compliment, be pleasantly surprised at the attention paid to us, or just have a good sleep, and there will be no trace of this forgetfulness and blues. It is typical for a person, just thinking about something, to perform mechanically habitual functions without fixing his actions in memory, and then remember, for example: Where did I put my glasses, gloves? or I recently held it in my hands, and where the hell is this receipt now?
