Los poemas de La almendra de la noche, son construcciones aparentemente surgidas del chispazo, fingidamente sencillas, y que en el fondo son el producto de un poeta en plenitud, que ejerce de una impronta cincelada con la insistencia del rencor amado. El suyo es un discurso fantasmal, pero plenamente bajtiniano: lo dirige con la precisión de un dardo y, en simultáneo, viaja con una dosis de suerte, de azar, para que el poema conserve una revelación de poesía.
La almendra de la noche está compuesta por una serie de poemas pequeños -la mayoría-, esenciales, reducidos al mínimo de palabras para potenciar su sentido, de una manufactura tan bella que llamarles aforismos sería injusto, porque el resultado es impecable estética e intelectualmente: su belleza tiene que ver con el pensamiento que iluminan y con la luz que los hace posibles. Si Goche pretendía escribir una obra lírica, un canto, un quejido humano, lo ha logrado. Y lo ha logrado, por extraño que parezca, con el recurso más humano y a la vez menos natural que poseemos: el lenguaje.
Este libro es el eslabón intermedio que Pedro nos ofrece como resultado de un experimento en donde la metodología podría resultar dudosa, pero no el resultado; si pudiéramos replicar el resultado de estos poemas con la mera inspiración, no dudaría un segundo un patentar el método de Pedro como una máquina de hacer poemas. Y si no lo hago, es porque el método falla: no funciona porque la poesía de Pedro Goche es ya una marca imposible de replicar, un asunto de naturaleza irrepetible.
La almendra de la noche, hay que decirlo, es un libro espontáneo y críptico en simultáneo. La primera lectura sugiere que estamos frente a un poemario de sencillas pretensiones, pero no bien terminamos el texto, ya nos damos cuenta de las trampas del lenguaje: de repente estamos a mitad de un dédalo lleno de significados posibles, un armazón tan enigmático como la figura de una almendra representando al todo racional, al mismo tiempo que tratamos de asomarnos desde un punto ciego, a tientas, con el instinto por delante.
Se trata de un poemario en donde la musicalidad, el ritmo primitivo, el instinto, la prueba, el error propio de la inspiración ciega, van penetrando esa entelequia del hombre moderno, tan propenso a los armazones conceptuales. Es más: tan propenso a vivir una hiper-realidad por miedo de asomarse a la ventana.
Las tres obras contenidas en la nueva edición de La almendra de la noche, forman apenas una muestra de la vasta obra que Goche ha escrito en más de 20 años de trabajo, una buena parte de la cual -no lo dudo- fue escrita bajo el influjo de este paradigma bicameral donde la inspiración invade el territorio liminar del pensamiento.
Sigo sin la certeza de que la inspiración pura sea posible, pero tampoco me queda claro que el lenguaje sea la sustancia única del poema, o de que sólo se trate de su andamiaje más externo que adorna nuestras sensaciones primitivas; puede que en el fondo de cada poema que a partir de ahora leamos, encontremos una almendra, una sustancia, y vayamos por la calle tarareando ciegamente algunas cosas que tardemos en entender. Y cuando esto suceda, tendremos que acordarnos de Pedro Goche, que ha escrito uno de esos exttraños libros para pensar y cantar, cantar y pensar, sin importar el orden.
