About the Author: SINTESIS BIOGRAFICA DIEGO FORTUNATO Diego Fortunato, escritor, poeta, periodista y pintor italiano nacido en Pescara (Italia). Desde su mas tierna infancia vive en Venezuela, su tierra adoptiva, donde se trasladaron sus padres huyendo de los rigores y devastacion que dejo en Europa la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Curso estudios academicos que van desde teatro, en la Escuela de Teatro Lily Alvarez Sierra de Caracas, pintura en varias academias y maestros, leyes en la Facultad de Derecho y periodismo en la entonces llamada Escuela de Periodismo de la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Desde temprana edad Fortunato fue seducido por las artes plasticas y la literatura gracias a la pasion y esmero de su madre, avida lectora y pintora aficionada. Sus novelas, tenidas de realismo fantastico, aventura, accion y suspenso, logran atrapar en un instante la atencion del lector. Sus poesias, salpicadas de delicada belleza, estan tejidas con magicas metaforas.
