Using over 15 years as a highly rated project and agile management course instructor, i wanted to put together a guide to help all aspiring ACP(R) students. Having researched the ACP(R) exam, Liam Dillon (PMP(R), PMI-ACP(R), PgMP(R)) developed the content, rationale and mock tests so that participants on his course can pass the exam first time. This book is based on this philosophy ... pass first time.
The book in structured into three sections: -
1. An approach to Agile with detailed rationale and content on the various Agile tools and techniques
2. Over 200 Situational and Knowledge types ACP(R) questions based on the current exam thought process
3. Exam Flashcards to help you practice and knowledge before the exam itself
Based on the high success of our ACP(R) candidates that have taken these exams over the last 5 years, it demonstrates that these mock tests are closely comparable to the actual exam.
