He started in a sales position in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1982 and worked his way up. Since then, he has worked in sales, marketing, management, middle management, upper-level management, and then founded MMC(R) in 1991, the world's leader in health club marketing.
Chuck has spoken in multiple venues and has been featured in various publications about sales and marketing in the health club industry. He was one of the guest speakers at the 1999 International Health, Racquet, and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) convention and has written for IHRSA's CBI Magazine. He has spent the past twenty-five years as president and CEO of MMC(R) and has represented over five hundred health clubs and over two hundred golf courses.
