Together let us walk in the footsteps of Tom and his bosom buddy, Huck. This is a series of actions undertaken by these lads who, out of childish curiosity, got into a lot of trouble and, along the way, did some heroic deeds.
The author takes us on thrilling episodes of Tom´s skimming ability. After being punished by his aunt for skipping school, Tom tricks his friends into doing the punishment for him. Mark Twain displays Tom as a young boy who gets into a lot of trouble but is also very brave.
Tom Sawyer and Huck witness a murder and are too terrified to tell anyone, but as the story unfolds, we see Tom gathering courage and witnessing against a very dangerous criminal. This act of courage marks the beginning of the heroic deeds of Tom Sawyer. Along the way, he also gets to find the hideout of Injun, the notorious criminal, and together with Huck, they follow him to see where he hides his treasures.
Huck and Sawyer are seen to go through a lot together, and at long last, Huck is adopted by the Widow after saving her life. When Huck decides to run away from his new home, Tom tricks him into staying.
