About the Book

: Can internet channel attract students to learn how to use critical thinking mind and attitude to solve their learning difficulty and future working difficulty in any working environment easily? To answer this question, we need to know what the critical thinking is. Critical thinking and problem solving can be defined as: Using various types of reasoning ( inductive, deductive etc. ) as appropriate to the situation, using systems thinking to analyze how parts of a whole interact with each other to produce overall outcomes in complex systems; making judgements and decisions in effectively analyzed and evaluated evidence, arguments, claims and belief, analyzing and evaluating major alternative points of view, synthesizing and making connections between information and arguments, interpreting information and drawing conclusion based on the best analysis, reflecting critically on learning experiences of unfamiliar problems in both conventional and innovative ways and identifying and asking significant questions that clarifying various points of view and leading to better solutions ( Catalina Foothills School District). Thus, if the university student owned these abilities to learn. I believe that who must feel not difficulties to learn. Then, it brings this question: How critical thinking and problem solving can be integrated into classroom teaching and learning across a variety of grade levels and disciplines. For art subject student example, music students individually articulate different ways to interpret the same musical passage. Students then compare the various interpretations and determine which one is most effective, taking into account age-appropriate considerations, such as the style of the music. For another world languages student example, with the job title omitted, students read various job/career advertisements and then match the appropriate job title to the ad. Students are divided into groups. Each group is asked to investigate 3 to 5 different career/job sites and identify the jobs and careers that are in high demand in a particular city, region or country. Then, students can present their findings of the most suitable world languages learning method to the class. Next, for science students example, who need to research how the physical and chemical properties of different natural and human designed materials affect their decomposition under various conditions. So, I recommend students can apply internet to gather data to compare their findings to the material evidence used by scientists to reconstruct the lives of past cultures, as well as create a map of their classroom as a future written descriptions of artifacts and what who imply about the cultures, discovered by scientists. So, the science students can be trained to learn how to apply critical thinking to plan and conduct scientific investigations and write detailed explanations based on their evidence when they often apply internet to gather data to compare their findings to the material evidence used by scientists to make judgement to prepare their learning in every lesson. Thus, the owned critical thinking skillful science students who can compare their explanations to those made by scientists and relate them to their own understandings of the natural and designed world more easily. Finally for social studies students example, in groups, students explore how selected societies for fuel ( e.g. England's use of its forests at the beginning of the industrial revolution ) and the economic impact of that use. The owned critical thinking skillful social studies students will choose to use videoconference by internet oral communication channel ( e.g. www.skp.com) to collect information from relevant government officials about the use of corn for biofuel instead of food and analyze the environmental and economic implications of this use.
