Dieser Mystery-Thriller ist mehr als nur ungewöhnlich und spannend - klare Leseempfehlung! ***** Woran erkennt man bei mir, ob ein Buch wirklich gut ist? Daran, dass ich es sehr langsam lese, um nicht eine Nuance zu verpassen, und weil ich nicht möchte, dass es endet. So ging es mir mit dem Buch "Ace Driller: Das Prometheus-Gen" von Yves Patak. [...] Hier wird eine "alte" Geschichte auf sehr moderne Weise angeboten. Dazu packt der Autor eine Portion Action und Abenteuer, ein bisschen Romantik und Liebe und eine wunderbare Form von schrägen Humor. ***** Spannend bis über das Ende hinaus! Die Geschichte liest sich herrlich flüssig hintereinander weg, ohne dabei übertrieben detailliert zu sein. Es eignet sich für Liebhaber guter Mischungen aus Fantasy, Vergangenheit und Gegenwart, insbesondere für Fans von Mysteriösem sowie Dämonengeschichten, Spannung, Dunklem, Übernatürlichem und Thriller. Ich hoffe sehr auf eine Fortsetzung, von mir dafür Daumen hoch [...] ***** Garantierte Kopfkino-Effekte! [...] Die Seiten sind nur so vorbeigeflogen und ich habe kaum etwas von meiner Umgebung wahrgenommen, so hat mich das Buch von Anfang bis zum Ende gefesselt. Die vielen Details zogen mich in die Geschichte regelrecht hinein und ich *sah* sehr plastisch viele Sachen und Orte regelrecht vor mir. [...] ***** Tolle Fantasy-Krimi Kombination Sehr spannende Handlung! Toller Schreibstil. Die Charaktere sind super ausgearbeitet und gerade Ace Driller, ein Ex-Cop, ist sympathisch, unter anderem auch, da er am Anfang nicht glaubt, was ihm erzählt wird.
