For the past twenty years, I have shared the ABCs of Life as a signature close to the speeches I've given. I saw how women across the country were motivated into action, as my rendition of the ABCs impacted their lives. Many would have tears flowing from their eyes as they asked me to send them a copy of the ABCs. I quickly realized that if my speaking the ABCs left such an indelible mark on the lives of so many, I needed to share with them the lifestyle behind the letters. This passionate feeling motivated me to create SHEnergy. I wanted to offer women something more. Women are struggling all over this country and are looking for something to help them improve their lives and their circumstances. I established this organization for women whose founding principles are based on the tenets I energetically rendered to thousands of women through the years. The ABCs of a SHEnergized Life is the lifestyle behind SHEnergy. Every woman is at a different place in her life's journey and there is room for each of us to grow and improve, no matter where we are. The Personal Empowerment Experience of the SHEnergized ABCs to Life is a tool to help guide you through the process of self-discovery and personal development. We are a team, you are not alone. As you are changing you, you are changing us. Your success is our success. This is not just a book. A book only provides you with something to read. This is an empowerment experience. It provides you something to do. There are some things others can do for us, but there are some things we must do for ourselves, and this is one of them. You will have many emotional experiences as you proceed through the pages ahead. You will find yourself laughing out loud, clapping your hands and dabbing your eyes. I know because I experienced each of these powerful emotions as I penned the words you are about to read. My family did not know what was going on behind these closed doors, but they left me alone to enjoy and relish my experience. However, they did rib me about it later. You are encouraged to read the commentary over and over again. As you grow as a person, you will see the changes in your answers and reflections. The writing space provided is minimal.
