About the Author: Donald Ball, MBA, CGBP(R) helps start-up and mid-sized businesses and organizations achieve sales and marketing success by providing coaching and proprietary marketing, sales and exhibit management services (dimensional marketing) on an international scale. He has served in various marketing, sales and advisory positions over the past 35-plus years ranging from Technical Illustrator to Corporate Marketing Director. In 2002 he formed Marketing & Exhibit Management; a consulting/coaching company that helps owners of small-and mid-sized businesses to develop and refine their business processes and focus on positioning their businesses for success. In April 2007 he joined the Lone Star College System (Houston, Texas) as a Senior Consultant in the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where he has assisted with the launch and funding of more than 40 ventures, helped his clients to create hundreds of new jobs and helped obtain millions in capital for new and existing businesses. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching classes on Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
