About The Author

Amardeep S. Dahiya published his first book Four Fingers and Seventeen Nails, a collection of short stories in 2005. The book went on to become a bestseller, winning critical accolades.

Amardeep was born in a business family based in the North Indian city of Chandigarh. After completing his Bachelor's and Master's in Business Administration from Schiller International University, Heidelberg, he, along with two Slovenes and an American, started their own Privatization and Management Consultancy Company in Eastern Europe.

Since his return to India in 1997, he has been the Executive Director in three family-held companies in the field of hotels, plastics and engineering. An accomplished orator, he speaks five languages: Hindi, English, German, Slovene and Punjabi. His other hobbies include playing the guitar, cooking and astrology.
