This Book does what know other book has ever done before. It shows you how; in simple easy to do steps, how to return your body and mind to the "All-Natural state", it was born in. One that today's world, has taken it out of. New information has dramatically changed how we view the Brain. With new sciences, such as NeuroScience and NeuroGenesis we have discovered that the Brain has the capacity to create an almost infinite number of new neural connections everyday, just by running new thought patterns and new physical movements (DMA). What we have learned in just the last 20 years about ourselves has surpassed all that we have learned, since our beginning. Today, like no other time, we now have the ability to understand the inner workings of one of the most complex creations in the universe, "The Human Brain". With new imaging devices, such as PET, we can now see inside it, to observe its inner workings. Though! This doesn't mean we understand it. But! By being able to observe its inner workings, we can now see what triggers its various functions. This allows us some control. And! With DMA we now have the ability to pin point and control the activities of some neurons firings, in our brain, and maybe even change their original programming and paths, to benefit from it. We have learned that the body's movements (DMA) are able to form new neuron paths in our Brain. The DMA movement has a guide that allows us to direct its healing movements to different areas of the body, to treat pain and heal injuries. I call this guide "the SAD Principle". SAD is short for; Speed, Angle, and the Direction of a DMA movement. I also thought, it best described how we feel when we are in pain. Also, we have Creative gifts, intuitions, Symbiotic Relationships (such as Mitochondria), and special Talents that are unpredictable. Denham Harman's Theory of Aging 1970's sequel to his popular and generally accepted "Free Radical Theory of Aging" which first dated back to the 1950's deduced that if one could stop free-radical production, then aging could be slowed (or possibly even halted). In 2003 NASA proved that a frequency of 9.6 to 10 Hz resulted in a cellular genetic signature, switching from mature to developmental within a 17 to 20 days exposure. So! If one could restore Mitochondria's integrity simultaneously with a reduced oxidative load, then true age reversal could even be possible. About the Author: Hi! My name is David Danforth. I began this study back in 1989 to understand why when I did a certain exercise, my knees and elbow would stop hurting for a short while. At the time, I had injured my knees while working out in martial arts, and I had also developed tendon ides in my right elbow. I concluded at the time that my injuries were the result of sudden stops. So, I figured that if I could eliminate ending motion in my workouts, I would be able to prevent further injures. The new exercises that I designed had no ending motion in them. This allowed me to do my exercises, almost pain free. But! What I didn't expect was that when doing my exercises, my pain would go completely away. Though it didn't stay away for long, I was pain free for a short time. I needed to know why, when I did my exercises that my pain went away. So, I started doing the exercise, every time the pain returned, to see if it would go away, it did. Every time my pain returned, I would do the exercise, and it would go away. And! Each time I did the exercise, the pain would stay away a little longer. After a while the pain just stopped coming back. This is why I choose to do this STUDY; I wanted to know why my pain stop, and if it would do the same for others. Though, the exercise took away my pain, and I was now pain free, it still didn't mean it would work for someone else. Also! I didn't know why, or how it was able to take away my pain, and heal the tendon ides in my elbow. I realized that for me to get these answers, it would require a lot more knowledge than I had, at that time. In 1989 I decided I should go back to college. I was forty-four at the time, and had no desire to spend twelve plus years to get a medical degree. Also, it was finically impractical. Education is not free. I figured, that to understand how my body had healed itself, I needed to know how to process and understand information. To do this, I realized I would need some sort of a degree in research. This would give me the tools to both understand and explain it. Also! I would need both a working knowledge of human physiology, and a basic understanding of human movement. Plus, a practical way to find out if it could heal others too. I completed my Bachelor of Science in 1992, at St. Cloud State University, I than proceeded to get my Master of Science in Technical Research, which I completed in 1998. I now had acquired all the tools I needed to complete my study.
