Özgür ÖzdamarÖzgür Özdamar is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of International Relations at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey. From 2019-2020, he was a visiting Fulbright Scholar at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns opkins University in Washington DC.
