She is a specially invited chief creator and anchor for CCTV-12's column, an active speaker in China and international forums, a Member of the Preventative Medicine Branch of China National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management, and a Director of Jiangsu Association of Sports and Health Promotion. She grew up in the Chinese traditional thought of "sports and medicine integration" as being the 11th Generation Descendant of Chen's Small Frame Tai Chi as well as holding a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine from China Pharmaceutical University. She is also familiar with the cutting-edge international practice of "sports and medicine integration" as a senior personal fitness trainer certified by the Functional Aging Institute (FAI), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
