Zhongli PanZhongli Pan is an adjunct Professor in the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at the University of California, Davis. Professor Pan studies infrared heating technologies for various food processes, including blanching, peeling, roating, drying, disinfection, and disinfestation.
