Zeljko KnezProf Knez established the high-pressure laboratory (completely new discipline in Maribor) in year 1985 and today there are 25 reaserchers working on separation processes and product design. He has issued two patents on his name and a pilot plant was uilt in Technology park in year 1999 based on this patents. He is also the director of a company ("green field" investment) with 50 employees and produces cca. 300 t per year of concentrated nature antioxidative substances (export 99.99 %).
