YujingLiang Yujing grew up in China and completed an MA at Wuhan University (2007). He worked as a teacher at Hunan University of Commerce before going to New Zealand in 2014 as a PhD candidate at Victoria University of Wellington. As a bilingual poet and ranslator, he has published work in over 60 journals and magazines across the world, including Modern Poetry in Translation (UK), Boston Review (US), Westerly (Australia), Poetry New Zealand (NZ), Crannóg (Ireland), Asia Literary Review (HK) and World Literature (China). He is the Chinese translator of Best New Zealand Poems 2014 and Friedrich Nietzsche's Beyond Good and Evil (from English into Chinese).
