Yolanda EisensteinYolanda Eisenstein is a writer and animal lawyer in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is vice-president of the board of directors of Animal Protection Voters of New Mexico and sits on the board of the State Bar of New Mexico Animal Law Section. She is a formr adjunct professor of animal law and wildlife law at SMU Dedman School of Law and the University of New Mexico School of Law. Eisenstein is past chair of the ABA TIPS Animal Law Committee and in 2018 received their "Excellence in Animal Law" Award. She has a master's degree, summa cum laude, in philosophy and juris doctor, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.
