Elyahu Zaarur, M.Sc., received his master of science in physics from Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He has published more than a dozen books on physics. He is currently the managing director of Rakefet Publishing Ltd. Eugene Hecht, Ph.D., is a full-time member of the Physics Department of Adelphi University in New York. He has authored eight books including Optics, Third Edition, published by Addison Wesley, which has been the leading text in the field, worldwide, for almost two decades.
