Xiangying HuoXiangying Huo, Ph.D. is an assistant professor and English language specialist at the University of Toronto. She has presented widely on ESL/EFL policy and pedagogy, writing studies, internationalization in higher education, intercultural and cross-cltural teaching and learning, anti-racism education, and World Englishes.
