William S DuffeyJudge William S. Duffey Jr. is a United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Duffey served as the United States Attorney in Atlanta. He had previously served as Deputy Independent Counsel in chage of the Arkansas phase of the Whitewater Investigation. Before his current tour in public service, Judge Duffey had a distinguished career as a litigator in private practice.
