William RaschWilliam Rasch is Professor of Germanic Studies at Indiana University. He has published extensively on the German intellectual tradition - philosophy, social theory, political theory - concentrating on the work of Niklas Luhmann, Carl Schmitt, and aspcts of German Idealism.
