William R Mangun

WILLIAM R. MANGUN is Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Public Administration Program in the Department of Political Science at East Carolina University. He worked formerly in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Washington, D.C. a the Project Manager for Policy Analysis and National Surveys and as National Resource Management Coordinator. Professor Mangun is the author of The Public Administration of Environmental Policy (1977) and co-author of Managing the Environmental Crisis: Incorporating Values in Natural Resource Administration (1989).
