Will StrongTaking a cue from Mark Twain, I didn't let school get in the way of my education. In my sophomore year of college I took off traveling all over America Walt Whitman style. I worked as reporter on independent papers on East and West coasts. I even stated one in Savannah, GA, entitled Albion's Voice, a Blakean awakening. I worked as a restoration contractor in Savannah, GA for 24 years and also ran the St. Julian Street B & B for 5 years.In my 50's I turned to poetry. I had a chapbook of politically inspired verse, Bush League Fatigue, published. As Alive - As Alert - As Awake - As Artful, my second poetry collection, was published in 2014.This third collection spans some 16 years of writing poetry. Also, I have been teaching Integral Yoga Hatha for 15 years. And I was fortunate enough to marry Betsy Boyd Strong, also a Yoga instructor, my Muse and in-house editor, 17 1/2 years ago.
