Wayne YetmanNative Torontonian Robert Loyst travelled internationally during his career as a sales executive. Upon retirement, he missed being busy, so he took a job as an aide to Poppy, an elderly woman in the first stages of Alzheimer's. An avid reader, Robertunderstood that his unique, unexpected experiences with Poppy were tailor-made for a book. Robert and his wife Stephanie live in Toronto with their cat, Squish.

Wayne Yetman's non-fiction has been published in many magazines and newspapers, including the Reader's Digest. His fiction has appeared in The Antigonish Review, The New Quarterly and The Fiddlehead among others.
