Wayne BinningWayne A. Binning is a native of the Oakfield, Wisconsin, area, where he was raised on a small dairy farm and attended Genesee Public School for eight years. He graduated from Oakfield High School in 1967. He gained his formal education at what is nowthe University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Today, he is retired after spending most of his career as a field supervisor in the canned vegetable industry. He currently lives in north central Wisconsin between Wausau and Antigo.
